I have used Dr. Ingrams products for 2 years now and I still have my liver, unlike “DRUGS” that have been know to cause death in some cases and other complications. Just look at your television and watch the “drug” commercials and listen to the side effects.
Anyone who says that Dr. Ingrams products are not working for them then they must be doing something wrong.
I had a serious toe nail infection went to a drug store and the druggist said i would need a doctors note to get a product called lamisil a drug that she said would destroy my liver if i were to use it. She then whispered to me to go to a health food store and see what they have. I did and now no toenail fungus. Using the oil of oregano and oragamax.
It works and works well.

This is the best book I’ve read on natural diabetes cures so far! What appeals to me the most is that the author doesn’t hold back. He states that all diabetes patients regardless of whether they suffer from type 1 or 2 diabetes have a good possibility of being cured by following the precepts in this book.
The first chapters are devoted to impressing upon us the absolutely poisonous nature of sugar. And rightly so.
We are informed that the cause of diabetes is not just faulty insulin secretion by the pancreas nor “diabetic genes”. Insulin cannot cure diabetes, on the contrary it damages liver cell function. The cause of diabetes is our atrocious high-sugar diet leading to dysfunction of the liver and all the digestive organs. Fungal infection is also involved.
The cure lies in the adoption of an optimal sugar-free diet rich in nutrients and free too of all processed foods. A programme containing specifically named nutritional products based on wild oregano, red sour grape, etc is suggested.
The intestines should be cleansed with wild herbs and spices and other natural products and supplements. Oregulin, cumin, cinnamon, chromium, essential fatty acids and B-vitamins are among the nutrients/supplements mentioned. Basically, no fruit is permitted in the diet, as fruit largely consists of sugar.
I especially appreciated the chapters mentioning common vegetables and herbs of essential importance for diabetics, and gained much information new to me.
Protocols are prescribed for those suffering from diabetes in varying degrees of severity. These protocols, when followed, “reverse diabetic pathology and normalize blood sugar”.
This is an invaluable, life-saving book for all those suffering from both types of the disease, and as I stated previously it is the absolute best I have come across.

I had to force myself to finish reading this book. It is beyond a doubt the most poorly written and frustrating “reads” I’ve come across in a long time. Bad punctuation, and the repeated use of “the fact is”, “in fact”, “that is”, and “thus” was as distracting as listening to Paris Hilton or some valley girl with the constant “like” and ” uhm”, etc. You’re so busy noticing these idiosyncracies, the content is hard to follow. Plus, it seemed geared only toward his cure, not a variety of natural option, of which there are many.I felt that from page one the tone was almost angry. If you’re presenting facts, (not that I’m doubting his) the facts should make their own argument. When presented in the tone I interpreted it seemed defensive, rather then informed. Ever had a friend vent at you over some problem? That’s what reading this book felt like. By the time I finished it (in one sitting) I felt like someone had chewed my ear off. While content was interesting (when not distracted by everything else) I honestly wish I hadn’t wasted my money on this particular book.

I liked everything that Dr Ingram said. If everyone would take his advice
there wouldnt be as much typeII diabetes.
